With over 500 years of combined railway signalling experience from an in-house team of 60+ signalling engineers, TICS is well placed to provide a complete ‘one-stop’ railway signalling solution. Every project is headed by an experienced railway signalling Project Manager / Design Manager / TIC who has complete responsibility to ensure all aspects of a client’s requirements are delivered smoothing, safely, on-time and within budget from signalling design through to commissioning.
Competent staff are key to ensuring project success in a safety-critical environment and TICS maintains the continuous professional development of all staff. With a structured training and development programme, which includes on-the-job performance monitoring by mentors and assessors, together with formal training, all engineering staff hold relative IRSE licences. Railway clients can be assured that TICS staff are fully competent to carry out the specific rail signalling engineering tasks asked of them.
The high-quality service and competence delivered by TICS is a culture which runs throughout the organisation from the experience of the senior management, who all ensure that their own skills are kept live, relevant and up-to-date. The TICS Management Team is strongly represented by Signalling Engineers with a wealth of railway signalling experience.
