TICS are specialists in providing high quality signalling design and test services to the Rail Industry. The company is able to provide a total service for signalling alterations and modernisation.

TICS was founded in 1998 by Les May, later joined by John Walker.  In 2007 a Management Buy In, backed by HSBC Bank Plc., saw Andrew Mackenzie, Steve Armitage and Steve Brookes also introduced to the Board.  

Since conception, operations have expanded considerably, with a new Head Office in Doncaster, Design offices in York and Crewe and Test offices in Doncaster and York.

TICS operate a 24-7 service so that clients are TICS' primary focus. TICS want to help clients achieve their business goals, whilst at the same time surpassing all their expectations in terms of the quality of service they receive.
